Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of GrabTime, the scheduling service available at grabtime.me, operated by GrabTime ("we", "us"). By creating an account or booking an appointment through a GrabTime link, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

GrabTime lets you define bookable session types, share a public booking link, and let guests request time slots. Requests wait for your approval; on approval both sides receive an email with a calendar invite and, if configured, a meeting link. Optional integrations with Google and Zoom can attach meeting links and calendar events automatically.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and within teams you administer.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use GrabTime for anything unlawful, or to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation on your booking page.
  • Use guest details collected through GrabTime for purposes unrelated to the booked appointment, unless the guest agreed.
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or access it by automated means other than the interfaces we provide.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Guest bookings

Guests can book without an account. If you are a host, you are responsible for handling the guest details you receive (names, email addresses, notes) lawfully and only for managing the appointment. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party integrations

Connecting Google or Zoom is optional and subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services. You can disconnect an integration at any time, which removes the stored access tokens.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add to GrabTime (session descriptions, notes, profile details). You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service — nothing more.

7. Availability and changes

GrabTime is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the service, we will give hosts reasonable advance notice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed appointments, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

You can stop using GrabTime and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For significant changes we will notify hosts by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use GrabTime after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another venue.
